Ingredients
  1. 2oz Kikori Whiskey
  2. 0.5oz Yuzu juice
  3. 0.5oz Lime juice
  4. 0.75oz Simple syrup*
  5. 3 Mint leaves (handclapped to release aroma)
  6. 3 Slices of Hothouse cucumbers (sliced about a ¼” thick)
Instructions
  1. Muddle cucumbers in a tin, then add hand clapped mint. Add all liquid ingredients with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a cucumber slice and mint sprig.
