Ingredients
  1. 1.5 oz. Kikori Whiskey
  2. 6 oz. hot water
  3. 1 teaspoon homemade cinnamon apple butter*
  4. Whipped cream
  5. Cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. *Stir 5 tbsp. butter, 1 chopped apple, 1 stick cinnamon, 1 crushed cardamom pod and 1 clove over low heat for 20 minutes. Do not let mixture simmer or boil. Strain and let cool before storing in fridge.
  2. Combine ingredients in a brandy snifter. Top with whipped cream and dashes of cayenne pepper to spice. Enjoy!
