SPICY YUZU PASSIONFRUIT SOUR

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Kikori Whiskey
  • 1 oz Yuzuri liqueur
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 0.75 oz chili honey syrup
  • 0.5 oz passion fruit puree

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a mixer and shake well. Finely strain into a coupe glass.

Standard serving per cocktail is 1.5oz of alcohol.
