GREEN TEA MATCHA HIGHBALL

INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Kikori Whiskey
- 0.25 oz yuzuri liqueur
- 2 oz coconut water
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.25 tsp matcha/green tea powder
DIRECTIONS
Stir matcha powder with simple syrup and coconut water in a collins glass, then pour in the rest of the liquid ingredients. Serve with a matcha leaf garnish and pineapple slice.
