KIKORI MULE

INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Kikori Whiskey
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.25 oz lime juice
- Splash of ginger beer
- 1 lime wheel
DIRECTIONS
In a mixer add simple syrup, lime juice, Kikori and ice then shake. Pour into a Highball glass over ice. Top with ginger beer then garnish with a lime wheel.
